REMINDER & UPDATE for Today’s Teacher Meet & Greet

Teachers in Grades K-2 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Teachers in Grades 3-5 3:15 to 4:00 p.m. (They will be returning from a training.)
Remember, this is only a time to drop-off supplies and say hello. Our Parent Information Night is next Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. A detailed schedule of Parent Information Night will be emailed out Monday.

Kindergarten KEEP (Kindergarten Entry Exit Profile) Testing

May 24th will be the last day of regular class for kindergarten. KEEP (Kindergarten Entry Exit Profile) testing will take place May 25th, 29th, 30th & 31st. There will be no regular class during testing. An email with the link to sign up for testing will be sent to you. Kindergarten is invited to come to the Dance Festival June 1st at 8:00 a.m.

The soccer team won their first play-off game! Next game is today at 4 p.m. against Lakeview Academy

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, February 28th and Thursday, March 1st. Junior high parent teacher conferences are not by scheduled appointments; they will be available in an open house format from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday and 2-5 p.m. on Thursday. Elementary conferences need to be scheduled. Please read below for detail.
Kindergarten -2nd grade parents meet primarily with their Language Arts teacher.
3rd-6th grade parents meet primarily with their homeroom teacher.
German Immersion parents will meet jointly with the Immersion teacher and the Language Arts teacher.

National School Counseling Week

Monday – Friday, Feb. 5th – 9th Theme is “Helping Students Reach for the Stars”
• Monday- Banners will be hung outside Mrs. Kaufman & Mr. S’s office to express our gratitude to them.
• Tuesday- During class students will complete the note… “My school counselor helps me reach for the stars by…”
• Wednesday- Students are welcome to bring something for their counselors
• Thursday- Our school will provide a “favorite” for the counselors
• Friday- students may wear their counselor’s favorite color as their shirt this day with uniform bottoms
