Summit Academy App

Dear Summit Academy families,

We would like to extend a huge thank you to the sponsors who make our school app FREE:

Ms. Michelle Brown of Ace All-Star Cheer and Tumbling
South Summit Pediatrics - in Draper

These are local business owners who have homes, businesses, and families near our school. You will notice the business banners at the bottom of the home screen of the app. These sponsors will be sending out specials and offers to our parents, students, and staff. We hope you take advantage of their offerings as you see fit for your families to support them as well.
The school app is designed to offer a simple and quick method of communication and access to information.

You can download our school app in your respective app store:

If you or your business is interested in sponsoring the Summit Academy Independence school app also, please reach out to our developer Wood Alloy Mobile Solutions:

White Ribbon Week - April 8th-12th

Next week is White Ribbon Week at our school. This is a week where we focus on empowering students to make safe choices in media and technology. We are in need of parent volunteers to help and engage the students with some simple, fun, and positive lunch activities to help reinforce the daily themes. Thank you for your help! See the SignUpGenius to volunteer:

Helping children learn to control their media behaviors is a vital skill in the world we live today. You can help at home too! Every parent is qualified and should feel empowered to set limits and converse with your child about media. But, are you a trusted adult? It's important that our children feel that we are. We have attached a few tools that can help you initiate conversation, get ideas for your family, and see what they'll be learning throughout the week.
